At this stage, we analyze tasks set out by the customer, hear out the customer’s wishes, requests and requirements to select the necessary equipment and identify specific services.
Determining the budget and deadlines. Preparing an offer
Having processed the information received from the customer, the staff draws up a commercial offer. Since we are already aware of the customer’s wishes at this stage, we make an offer, specifying parameters of the equipment, delivery and installation deadlines and terms of payment, which are always individual for each customer.
Signing an agreement
Once we agree on the offered equipment and terms listed in the commercial offer, we sign the agreement and start implementing the project.
Implementing the project
Now, meticulous and challenging work begins: from placing the order, delivery, installation of the equipment to its start-up and set-up procedures. It is a fairly complicated and demanding process based on continuous feedback with the customer. During the implementation of a project of any complexity level, communication with the customer is maintained to give attention to their comments and wishes in the course of work. Close communication and discussions allow achieving a better final result, which is a satisfied and happy customer.
Delivering the project
This is probably the most enjoyable part for both parties. The customer is happy that they finally received what they wanted, while we are happy that we could offer assistance to yet another customer. The equipment is put to operation, tested and transferred to the customer. The customer’s representative receives training on correct use and maintenance of the equipment as well as instructions and recommendations. Projects are delivered by signing a certificate of delivery and acceptance.
Keeping in touch
We do not forget our customers once the equipment has been delivered and put to operation. The company offers phone consultations. Where necessary, our specialists visit the site to answer the relevant questions and explain the specific operation-related issues. In case of failure, which cannot be eliminated by the customer, we provide urgent assistance. Our customers always come first.
